Can’t say for sure, but most likely not. I’ve never watched the Latin premiere ceremony, but most of the big artists do not attend the one for the traditional Grammys.

Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album
Best Urban Fusion/Performance for PMM
Record of the year for PMM

Then performs Cuando me de la gana and presents some important awards, maybe best new artist.

The two rancheras, neqte, somos nada and pmm are the most "serious" songs on aguilera so I can see why she decided to perform la reina and cmdlg in her last two televised performances, that is the side of the album she wants to show, specially being 7 times nominated.
