Apparently the full clip is of radio hosts making fun of Britney while playing a clip of Britney speaking with a British accent and basically calling her crazy.

What's really crazy is that Kelly was actually defending Britney and saying maybe Britney was doing the accent as a joke.
But honestly Britney's caption is so cryptic and barely coherent that I can't figure out what she was trying to convey.
