I’m praying she gets at least 3 nominations. I can honesty tell you this is going to be a very hard year to win because a lot of young talent released this year.

The Grammys are more about critical acclaim, than chart success... & She's gotten great reviews on the music... I expect at least 4 nominations and 1 win tbh.

Good luck to our Queen! Very competitive year! I know She made very little noise with her new Spanish music, but she made a great album! So here’s to hoping she gets recognized for her extraordinary talent!

I wonder if she’d maybe be considered for any of these that are given out as well….
There are special awards which are awarded without nominations, typically for achievements of longer than the past year, which the standard awards apply to:
Person of the Year is a Special Merit Award presented to an individual who has had a significant effect on Latin music and has taken part in extensive philanthropy.
Lifetime Achievement Award: is a Special Merit Award presented to performers who have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to the field of recording during their careers.
Trustees Awards: is a Special Merit Award presented to individuals who have made significant contributions, other than performance, to the field of recording during their careers.
Hall of Fame Award honors recordings that are at least twenty-five years old that have made significant contributions

I guess I don't know much about the Latin Grammys but judging by her most recent Grammy Nominations and win for SS I'd say my statement is correct.

A few weeks ago she wrote something like "I swear to you my ex husband (Kevin F.) smokes more weed than Jay Z, Snoop Dog, Ludacris and Puff Daddy put together", paraphrasing. She faced backlash because she only named black artists. I think she has deleted the post since then. Fatphobic and also racist.
