You'd be surprised at the amount of Bilingual or Trilingual people in this forum, just because Spanish isnt one of them doesn't diminish the accomplishment. For me personally I love the sound of music in Italian and Spanish but I don't necessarily have an interest to learn the languages - understanding the lyrics isnt always that important to me. I learn languages that have some sort of relevancy to me like French and German.

I mean for me to go take a whole Spanish course just bc my fave is doing Spanish music is a whole lot of dedication. Who in the fuck has the time. We are grown adults with careers and drunken night lifes.

This is her first performance at a major relevant award show in years. This really represents a big comeback for her and I hope she's working hard to give one of her best performances ever. A good performance can change everything in a moment. I'm confident about it. And I hope she takes a picture with Gloria Estefan!

AMAs are three days after the latin grammys, it would be nice to see her there too. Do artists sing in spanish at the amas? I mean I know they usually have american artists but is there a chance to see her there singing her spanish material...

I think they should attend the AMAs as a group on the red carpet. Maybe present an award together as well. Best Latin or something and have Christina mention Las Muchachas as promo.

They’ve had artist sing in Spanish before. And more noteably, they do give out a Latin AMA award. This would the year for Xtina to perform. Fingers crossed.
