I think this was just for this show. But who knows? Maybe she wanted to try and see how something new worked, it was a very different style. I would miss seeing some of her dancers but it would be interesting to see her explore a new direction.

Look at the setlist in one of this photos. Looks like they cut some stuff during rehearsals. Glad about one of the cuts.

X had a whole new team working on this show, creative direction, stylist, coreography, visuals team, etc. Wonder if they will stick around or if this was just for the Bowl concert.

I have to say that seeing her on stage right now, after all the concerts in the world had to be canceled basically, is mind blowing. A few years ago we were losing hope she would tour again, now she is one of the first artists back on stage in this "post covid" situation.

She looked like a true diva.

Could barely hear anything on those livestreams, so will check out for videos later. The setlist was what I expected. That's what you do when you are the guest performer with an orchestra, you play your hits. Not everyone is a stan, and know her sets by heart. I wish she did one song just for the fans, but that's ok. Love those new Genie and WAGW versions from what I could hear.

Since this was The X Tour redux, my problem with it remains the same I had with the tour. I think she needs to do full versions of the songs and less costume changes to keep a better flow.

So many feelings.

I imagine the LA Philharmonic rehearse in one of the studios at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. However, surely there will be a dress rehearsal of some sort at the Bowl. Hopefully then we get some clips.

I wonder what Xtina is going to wear. I know she will have her regular band (hopefully no bloody dancers), but with this being more of a classical music crossover event, will she be wearing a statement gown or two?

Ali posted a story on instagram with Erika from rehearsals and I think you can hear Rob Lewis voice on the background. So I guess her band is involved.
