The reason they can say that about BLACKPINK's singles is because they're released physically as full priced albums with photobooks and individual versions for each girl. We don't even have a physical release in sight for any EP or AGUILERA.

That's kind of my point. I meant their solo work, though (not member ver covers), that this is similar, except even as their reasons and way of doing it is awkward, there still a reason we get they do it.

As you said though, at least they still also put out physicals even when doing so, and more direct about things (eg. release, tracklist or at least amount). This, La Luz, is just confusing.

However, new songs or not, physicals would be nice, especially for collectors and/or those who prefer supporting that way over streaming.

Her accounts have been saying "AGUILERA out now", without La Luz added and when it's release date wasn't even close to being known, fighters were even confused if ep 3/La Luz was still coming, so it could be like that; so it's still possible.

As many said here, it could be to meet deadlines, the confusing roll out, or something. However, as also said, we shouldn't get too set on it, just in case.

Perhaps there not being any physical of the album yet is good sign. If this was it, it would be awkward to not make those available yet.
