We have pictures of her posing with her Grammy after the show and her getting ready for the after party seemingly in good spirits. Y’all gotta calm down.

Jesus. Some of y’all are so special. She was bouncing around when she won and visibly moved while on stage accepting the award. How do you get upset from that?

Even Christian Nodal was smiling as she was belting. Its almost funny how much better of a singer she was than everyone else that performed, in a league of her own. Nodal was also putting out some vocals too so it complimented it somewhat.

My favourite part, 0 playback unlike her last years performance where she lipped all the big notes except the SILLLLENCIOOOOO in Somos Nada. This was really refreshing to see and her voice sounded so healthy.
Completely agree about Christian. His vocals were very clean and when Christina turned it up, he tried to keep up lol.

I almost forgot that PMM was last years ceremony lol. I actually loved that performance. I don’t have a problem with pre recorded bits as long as they are seamless and those were.

My favorite part of the performance is 2:45 where she unleashes. She sounded so good. Her voice must sound out of this world when you’re right beside her. Look at how the lady in the background shook her head like “okay girl”

I’m so pleased. While that song is nowhere near being one of my favorites, I really enjoyed the performance. Her voice was BOOMING. She seemed to want to take it up a notch in one part but stopped to let him shine lmao. It was perfect. Just vocals. No messy pre recorded bits and weird ass angles. She looked amazing in all of the outfits and won a Grammy - no complaints here. I think she had a great night.

Re: 23rd Annual Latin Grammys (17.11.2022) | AGUILERA 7x nominated | Christy confirmed to perform

BaeTine wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 8:21 am Sis, I stan my Queen forever and for always, but she lost that last syllable in 2012, and she has remained on probation ever since.

She did earn it back with PMM and NEQTE, but the Aguilera rollout and that messy ass video storyline resulted in some additional penalties, so we're currently at a net zero.

I am happy to provide a copy of my updated tabulations on request.

I was prepared to call for a demotion but valid points were made. Carry on my good sis.

Re: 23rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards (17.11.2022) | AGUILERA 7x nominated, including AOTY!

“Hate from the Latin community” has me gagging. Christina is not some unknown who popped up and decided to record a Spanish album and received numerous nominations. She is RETURNING to the genre and despite whatever we may think about the rollout or success of the album in numbers - the quality, production, and vocals are all top notch and deserving. She is also CHRISTINA AGUILERA and her name alone carries weight. Let them HATE when they work 20 + years to be the bad bitch she is.

Re: 23rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards | AGUILERA: 7 Nominations

Not sure what world we live in where we would blame the feature artist for not doing enough promo when the lead artist did nothing. Santo was VERY cute and probably could’ve done more if promoted properly. That’s Christina’s problem, not Ozunas.

I love seeing this talked about everywhere. Such positive news. And it’s time y’all let this vanguard mess go. Like they just gave that shit to Nicki Minaj. We don’t want it.

Re: 23rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards | AGUILERA: 7 Nominations

Wow. Just saw this. This is AWESOME. The quality of the Spanish music is top notch. I say that as someone who doesn’t even speak the language. She deserves to have this piece of work recognized. So proud and happy for you Queen. I think your visibility with this effort could have been much better but the talent will always speak for itself.
