Thanks for this. She doesn't pronounce the Z which makes it hard to understand. It's 'mezclo' and she pronounces it 'meclo'

Wait. The song is not about a relationship or a break up tho. It's a song about herself and dealing with anxiety and sad feelings, she sings about being strong on the outside but feeling sad in the inside
Somos (WE are) means we everybody, not her and a guy.
